have you considered just selling the car back to your dealership? they'll prob pay a good amount of money for it. their service dept could then fix the car under warranty, get paid by MB for doing so, and then they'll mark the car up $5-10k and sell it to someone else.

Can I ask why you want to sell it back? And if you have? I just got my GLS a few days ago and I contacted the dealer to discuss selling it back, thinking he’d be thrilled to get basically a brand new car on the lot, with none in the pipeline. He said to keep it a few weeks- I guess he thinks it will grow on me but all I want is my van back ha

MB is buying it back (supposedly, accd to my dealer), but the details have not been disclosed.
My car has had multiple issues, been in the shop over 40 days and continues to have issues. Its not that Im selling it, its agreed upon the car has too many ongoing issues for a new car.

We took delivery of our GLS last Wednesday. We had to take it to the service dept on Thursday due to dashboard rattles. The car has been at the shop for 6 days now, I am not confident that they will actually fix the issues.
