We have a 2020 lease that we acquired at about $10k under MSRP a little over a year ago. Looking at pricing, we could probably sell it for $5k more than we bought it for. It's very tempting. Anyone considering this?

As long as you have another vehicle to drive! Its the same as selling a house when prices are up. If you have to buy another house at the higher prices, did you gain? If you can live with family for a year/drive a different car, you might make out!

Yeah that's the rub.

Yesterday, another window failed to go up... in the middle of winter... no movement. Second window in a month. Back in the shop. This car is just such a POS.

Well, you pretty much answered your own question.
Sell it but you might end up with another POS.

I would love to get out of my lease but have 20k mi on a 2020GLS, haven't asked yet but my gut says... too many miles.
Solid point about replacement, i in my case hopefully downsize to the GLE or X5 (possibly e-drive)
