GLS 450 2nd Row Climate Control Issues

GLS 450 2nd Row Climate Control Issues
Hi All-
Just got my new GLS 450. It has 5 zone climate control.
When I increase the fan speed of the 2nd row climate control system the fans get really loud up front but very little additional air comes out in the 2nd row other than from below the front seats (no real flow out of the vents in the center console, B pillars, or above the windows).
Has anyone else had issues with this / have any tips other than bringing the car back to the dealership? The car does seem to heat/cool but its odd to me how little air flow comes out, wondering if during assembly they forgot to hook something up correctly?

GLS 450 second row climate poor air flow
Did you ever find out what the issue was with that 2nd row poor air flow? I have the exact same issue with my 2020 GLS450. It is at the dealer now and they are saying that is just how the car is…..I don’t think so.
