Upon looking at my own car , I found a little camera that looks to be siting inside the black piece. I understand that dash cam options Needed augmented video and I know my car do not have Augmented vide option nor dash cam.
i also couldn’t find any parking cameras setting that can turn on that camera. But i suspect that this camera is used for driving assist package which i have.
does anyone know if there is really a camera there or it’s just a dummy hole ? My worry is if I take it off , I want to know what feature will no longer work. Or if someone who do not have driver assist package - can you see if you have a camera on the black center piece behind rear view mirror?
