Loss of Profile settings

After a couple of weeks with our 2022 GLS my wife and I lost our profile settings in the MBUX display -- bluetooth connx, Sirius favorites, display settings all back to day 1. Is there a reason for this like we have to sync with something or like the Mercedes Me to keep the settings? The seats and mirrors settings held but all the HUD, dash and center display settings seemed to return to default.. Anyone had experience with this?

Not sure about the cause, but you can back up your settings in the menu-I think it includes all of your profile settings.

I wish I had backed up. It turns out that the dealer waited 10 days to register the car with MB and I guess MB Me as well.. When he finally did it registered the car as new and everything reset. Now we have to reconfigure all of the profiles.
