2022 GLS captain chair headrest tilt adjustment?

2022 GLS captain chair headrest tilt adjustment?
I got my new GLS yesterday but can't figure out how to tilt the headrest in the captain chair in 2nd row. The way it's tilted now (see pic) pushes head out and also can't install child seats well. Dealer said tilt can't be adjusted. Thoughts?

Those don't tilt as far as I know. You might try raising them.
