Heated Panels not working

Turned on our heated panels for the first time last night (for a 30 min late night ride home after a very cold hockey game). Turned on all 4 zones.

Drivers one worked perfectly, both the armrest and centre console one (my seat fortunately).
Passenger door and both rear doors didn’t get warm at all.

Car is under warranty, so will get the dealer to look at this - but has anyone else has this happen and what was the solution please?

Sorted this out today…

- The setting for the panel heaters inside MBUX determines whether or not the panel warmers come on when the seat warmers are turned on, The setting does not actually turn on the panel warmers.
- The panel warmers will only turn on if the MBUX setting is positive, when the corresponding seat warmer is turned on.
- If a seat warmer is turned on before the MBUX setting is enabled, this will not activate the panel warmer when the MBUX setting is enabled.

So in a nutshell, the panel warmer settings in MBUX must be activated before the seat warmers are turned on - in order to operate,

All seats and armrests are toastie warm now 👍
