Prepaid Maintenance
Is it worth buying the prepaid maintenance package for my GLS 450. Mine was delivered end of February 2022 and currently has less than 6,000 miles. What's the pricing that folks have paid? Is it worth the cost?

Really depends upon what your dealer charges for Service A and B (And if you want to use the dealer for service). I see you are in my area, so the dealers around here are expensive and the prices for what they do are pretty crazy, but might make the prepaid pay off. Probably worth paying for your first Service A at 10K, and then buy it to cover an additional B service which is more expensive.
Also, look into getting it before the service with the plug changes and such down the road, as that seems to be worth it,

Thank you so much! I plan to take it to a local dealer (one of the usual suspects), so I don't think the services will come cheap. I was quoted $2,850 for a 4-service pre-paid maintenance in feb - not sure if that has changed since then.
From what I have heard, the 4-service PPM starts at 10K miles (10K to 40K miles) - so you can't use it for 20K to 50K - is this true?

That's probably true about the 4, but you could pay for you own 10k service, and then get a 3 service plan to cover 20-40. Might save a little money as you'll use the 3 services for 2 "B"s and one "A". Up to you if it is worth all that.

My personal opinion is that It sounds a bit pricey but they always put their own prices!! Servicing it at an authorized MB Dealer saves you some headaches if something goes wrong under warranty they will blame you for going to a 3rd party !!
