2023 GLS450 custom order status tracking
Greetings All!
I'm new to this forum. 10 years ago, when I custom built my BMW X3, I was able to track the build process all the way from ordering to delivery without going through the dealer or sales rep. Do MB has similar process?, or things are handled differently at MB build process?. Any input will be helpful to understand the build process.

Nothing like that for MB unfortunately. All updates must come from your dealer/salesperson. The order tracking system (NetStar) is not public.

Thank you for your time to reply to my query. I reached out my sales rep, it seems 2-3 month build to delivery. My GLS450 ETA or ETD is mid February.
