2024 GLS
Hello all,
Been waiting for a build slot for my new GLS450 since September and recently got bumped (had a call to tell me that my car was coming in Feb, except it definitely wasn't the one I ordered).
Does anyone have a view on whether it's worth waiting for the 2024? Specifically, I wouldn't mind the S Class touch screen, etc...
Thanks all

We don't even know if the x167 gls will get a complete redesign?
The S class got double screen in 2014? and the GLS got it in 2020?
Does anybody know why GLS follows the S in 6 years while GLC follows the C class in one year?

I'm not the biggest fan of the current double screen, so if I could please have the portrait-shaped screen from the S or the EQS for 2024... Almost bought the EQS SUV because of it, but it's just too small...

No it's just a mild facelift. Screens will stay as they are. GLC came out in 2016, C Class in 2015. 7 year cycle.

Because the GLC got a full redesign from the ground up. The GLS will simply get a minor faclift. It should have the newer shoftwear from the S Class but keep the same physical screens as the pre refresh

I am not sure any of them will win prizes at Pebble Beach any time soon, but as long as the interior is half-decent, the exterior is tolerable. That's why I'd prefer a separate central screen, rather than current double-screen. Or I can wait until someone posts the video of how to put in a Hyperscreen...
