2023 GLS ‘My Favorites’ not saving
I have set this up multiple times with about 10 XM channels as favorites. It works when I do it and can scroll thru. However, when I turn off the car and come back to it, they are gone.
i have not changed profiles. It is driving me crazy

I’ll update my previous thread.
Every time I start the car, the radio channels revert back to factory on XM. Every time I have to select to my favorites list so I can scroll through them on the wheel.
for instance, when working, I scroll through 8 XM channels that I have saved as favorites. When I restart the car and go to scroll through them every XM channel shows

I have a similar, or maybe the same frustration you have.....I have several SiriusXM stations set as Presets that I want to control from the left hand touch control on the steering wheel. Sometimes when I start the car the control remains on SiriusXM Presets, but sometimes it reverts to SiriusXM (all the stations). When it does that, I have to push the touch control and scroll down to the SiriusXM Presets and push the control again to be able to control the Presets. There seems to be no pattern as to which it will be when I start the vehicle. I have not been able to determine how to have the control stay on the SiriusXM Presets.

It's possible the fix is out by now. Sometimes they forget to post an update to the document, or take a while to do so.

got it fixed this morning. This MBUX software upgrade is available (the only one listed above in this thread marked as 'in development'). It is not available online - the dealer has to do it. Was a 2-hour download on a dedicated LAN line so it must be a massive file
