Jack Pad Advise

Ive got our GLS63 on winter set and plan on swapping them for summer this weekend, hate to take it to a tire shop. Ive got a 4 ton Daytona jack to lift her up but i guess i need an jack pad adapter to fit in properly between the jack and lifting area? Any recommendations?

I ordered and used the red version of this which is out of stock, but same one. Works fine. Think there are plenty of them around on Amazon or ebay.

I normally use my Craftsman Professional 3.5 Ton floor jack for truck/suv lifting. I've got a couple of others but that one is easiest for higher vehicles. Any heavy duty jack where you have/can get a flat surface should work fine. I take off the existing lifting pad on that jack and replace with the link I gave.
