Catalina Beige U09 option not available?
Salesperson says the MB text lower dash/ doors are not available in the Catalina Beige we ordered a couple of weeks ago. Is this correct? The person doesn’t seem to be on the ball a lot of the time

I think they’re bluffing. I think their goal is to persuade you to order a configuration that they think will sell easily if you back out of the order.
My dealer told me the GLS wasn’t available in night package. So I told him to cancel the order. Then mysteriously the night package became available again. I had a similar experience when ordering a BMW X7.
i would insist on the order being Catalina Beige as originally requested.

I just took delivery of my GLS with Catalana Beige interior and the U09 MBTex Upper Dash and Door Trim was on the sticker, and on the vehicle. I ordered mid-June and the build was the first week of August, so unless they have changed the order guide since then I think you're getting the wrong story from the dealer.
