Front suspension noise on my GLS 600

Front suspension noise on my GLS 600
Hello everyone,
I have a 2022 GLS 600 with 2k miles on it. It just started developing squeaky/light clunk noise from the front suspension area. I can hear the noise when I turn the steering wheel while going down the underground parking(when the weight is at the front end) and going over the speed bumps. It ONLY happens when the car is warm after driving few hours though. So when I first start driving in the morning, no noise.
It has E-ABC sus and it's not the air sus shock absorber noise and it definately comes from the front sus component. Maybe control arm and so on.
Has any of you heard about this noise problem?

Had a lower control replaced cause of similar noises on a GLE W/E-ABC
no longer there now.

I asked for them to have a tech drive me car with me in it and gave him instructions on how to make the noise happen. Then they also hooked up a suspension chassis ear and found it immediately
