2024 MB GLS 450 purchased a month ago - electronics seemed fine - MBUX, AM, FM, Sirius and ApplePlay. Suddenly the AM, FM, Sirius stopped working. Displays a spinning icon "Tuner loading". ApplePlay still works. Appt with dealer, but is 75 miles away - and would like to save the back and forth (although they offered to come and pick up and leave a loaner).
Any ideas?

 

Extreme but did you try a full reset of the MBUX yet?

 

Doubt if it helps you but it did the trick for me with FM radio occasionally not playing and just showing the turning circle: In the radio display, tap on the gear (settings) and there is an option for internet radio following or something like that. Toggle that to off and see if it helps.
