Once set they last a while (months and at time weeks) not fixed duration and at random all presets (only entrainment so radio Sxm) the reset to blank so poof gone. The. Have to reset the each one.
any ideas or known issue
any fixes other than take it in (which I would love to AVOID)

 

Is the profile set up or is it using a guest profile?
