I agree completely. That dog will never be right. I would start over with a new one even though the wait will be agonizing. If things keep going haywire during the wait period, your compensation may grow rather than diminish, but it's all speculative. Also, be clear about what your state's lemon law looks like to see if you even qualify for compensation that the warranty doesn't provide for.
