Navigation System Not Available 2021 GLS 580
Good Afternoon,
Has anyone experienced "Nav System Not Available?
This is the second day in a row that this has happened. It's happened several time before. Normally, after shutting the engine off, it clears and works again.
I've asked our MB Dealer, and their response "Bring it in when it happens, we have no way to find out."
Strange with all the computer stuff, there isn't a code to say why it did this.
Any suggestions/ideas?

An MBUX update can help with some causes of this issue, but it can also be MBUX HDD failure. They have a process to update, delete maps, and reinstall maps so there's a few things they can do to try and get this fixed.
