Sorry, I have not. No issue on our 2022 that my wife uses as a daily driver. It has hauled clients and their kids, and we live in an area where it is cool enough to have the rear set heat on frequently. Out of curiosity I just went out and fiddled around with both sides and they are quite solidly installed. Have to admit I was surprised given how fragile some of the interior has proven to be.
Not that part, but the speaker cover next to it was dented by yours truly, and our dealer was kind enough to offer to replace it free of charge (we have some great SAs here). They had to remove the door panel, which is secured by 2 bolts under the interior handle and several clips all around. I know it wasn't the easiest thing to do as the car was left at the dealership for a few days while they were ordering extra clips. Funny thing is that the other day when my daughter was closing the door (somewhat forcefully), the panel came right off, so I guess they forgot to put the bolts back in. Not a big deal. I just pushed it back in place and will ask them to bolt it down next time I take it in for service.
Anyhow, to fix that part in your car, my guess is they will have to remove your door panel as well. Good luck!

Thanks guys, took it by my Indi and said not a problem and not expensive to repair. Granted, I said just McGyver the stupid thing if you have to, but no way this goes to a dealership for new sunroof rails. :-)
We don't know what happened to it. Was fine yesterday morning, then not yesterday afternoon. Just fell apart. We have another in the 3rd row for one of the USB charge ports that fell into the panel. Likely caused by the dog. Don't care about that one though..
Had the exact same thing happen on my 2020 580 during the delivery test drive. Fortunately, the salesman was demoing controls to me and it happened on his side. It was fixed under warranty. It’s a manufacturing bug.
