2022 GLS 450
USB's not charging or connecting

First time Mercedes owner, driving a 2022 GLS 450. Just recently the USB connections in the front console stopped working, along with the one in the center console in the armrest. So I can no longer charge a phone or connect to carplay. I've looked at the x167 fuse diagram but can't make much sense of it. My best guess is, if it's actually a blown fuse, its the 'Cigar ligher, front 457' or 'USB charging socket 127.' Am I dead wrong here? When I look at the fuse panel under the hood, it doesn't look like there's a fuse where 127 should be and when I look at the panel in the trunk its a similar situation. I don't see a fuse where I believe 457 should be.

Any thoughts if this sounds like it could be a blown fuse? And am I searching for the correct fuse? Why would it appear those two fuses are not present in the panels. Thanks in advance.

The 2021 manual mentions a fuse box in the cockpit and passeneger footwell. It's pretty vague on where they are though.

Opening and closing the fuse box in the cockpit
The fuse box is on the side of the dashboard under a cover.

Definitely vague. Attached is what believe to be the correct diagram. But like I said, I don't think the fuses I've identified as the correct ones, are in the spots indicated.

From what I can gather, the USB ports are powered by the MBUX and not on a fuse (I confirmed the lack of fuses in our MY24). Are you still under warranty? I have read that the fix may be a SW update or hardware replacement.

You can normally find the fuse box diagram in the fuse box on a Mercedes, here is a pictures of our rear fuse box (2022 GLS450), and it's the paper that is folded up and stored in a little slot at the top.

GLS450 Fuse Box

I did take it out and take pictures of it, but while they look clear on the phone screen, zooming in, not so much...

Will_Atl is correct - it’s the fuse box in rear. My 12 volt went out and that is where the fuse was located. The dealer replaced my fuse in my 2022 GLS. Hope the USB-C fuse is located same fuse box.
