215A Macchiato Leather question

Can anyone confirm if the (215A - Macchiato Beige /Black Leather) option also upgrades that dashboard and side doors leather materials from standard synthetic materials or MB-Tex to higher quality finish?

Also, It sounds like this package still does not change the rough texture of the central console and other materials around from fake leather texture grain to a higher quality real-leather finish, am I mistaken?

You probably have to go to an Exclusive leather to include the dash and other touch surfaces.
Or whatever they call it this year.
In 2021 it was a $4900 option.

I think Exclusive is only available in darker colors which is not my preference. Anyway the full story is that I don't have options to pick colors; am only asking because my BMW dealer offered me a trade for a nice GLS as our brand-new X7 is having some 48V issues since new (and we just got it recently), and they know I can exercise my buyback rights soon (and the recent recall has just made it even worse). I bought dozens of cars from this BMW dealership, and as courtesy or based on goodwill, they are offering an easy trade if I like anything one their lot - they'll buy the X7 from me and discount the car on the lot so that my losses on the X7 become zero. Am not sure that I'll do that but it's something I thought worth looking into. Am sure the X7 glitches or random errors will be fixed at some point (all these cars seem to have 48V issues and am sure I have the same risk with the GLS anyway).

Sounds like mostly electrical or glitches instead of mechanical, because the X7 still drives fine but it shows error messages from time to time especially when it gets discharged, which happens a lot (we don't drive this car a lot as a family and extended family hauler, so asking me to drive it on daily basis isn't an option or a solution for us, and I feel these manufacturers must find a solution when voltage drops!).
