Are all X167s created equal? (Wheel fitment)
Looking for a set of winter wheels for our 2024 GLS580.
Found a set of 22" wheels from what looks to be a 2018 GLS63. Will I have any fitment issues?
Good deal on the wheels but the only set of winter tires are the Pirelli snow tires which are $$$. At least they'll likely last for the remainder of the time the truck is under warranty....

The 167s have bigger bolt hole sizes than the 166s.
You'll have to drill them out.

Most wheels are not cross compatible between families. I would stick with a 21" GLS set for the winter. They can be had OEM and aftermarket on eBay with or without tires. I ordered a set for my 2022, I should have them in about two weeks. $1100 shipped to my door. Get some decent all seasons and I'll have a winter set that will probably outlast my ownership of the car.
