Windshield reservoir heated???

Windshield reservoir heated???
Is the windshield reservoir in the GLS heated? Let's forget about any added options; just referring to the most absolute standard case, is there a heating element or not in the reservoir?
I forgot to add winter/glycol concentrate to the windshield reservoir, and it was 0F last night, and found that the I can't spray windshield fluid at all this morning and I assume it's all frozen (even after 15 min drive). I thought the reservoir is heated, unless water in the tubes froze up?
