Dealer says to flush coolant at 30k?

I'd offer them more to ensure that the tech doesn't just raise the hood, go pee, lower the hood and roll it out the door. (Not unusual.) Otherwise he's getting paid $8 for his investment in tools and training. Less than a porter.

Not trolling BMW.
Your apples and oranges comparison seems to be trolling MB.
No, if they only charge $140 for a full service, I would never go back. Something's wrong with the place.

Nobody cares whether you believe it or not, 140-160 USD is the same amount I have paid for all my cars specifically for the annual oil and filter change as well as full inspection including a walk-around video, tire depth measurements and top-off for all fluids.
No doubt Mbenz managed to keep ripping off their clients several hundred dollars for a annual inspection and oil change/filter lol, when they think it’s not possible for others to get the same for $150
And you know what? For years and years they have been running the $230 USD to cover 3 annual services that includes the inspection and oil change. In my inbox once every quarter. You don’t believe it? So what lol I couldn’t care less about what people believe or don’t. Facts are facts. You don’t own one, you never did recently, you just don’t have the means to even debate it but you have the rights to feel clueless and not believe it : )
The company that offers the 100% FREE annual service up to 3 years on every car they sell can definitely treat their customers by offering the competitive annual service rate for oil change and inspection after the free service for 3 years that they have been known for.

I wonder why your chart doesn't mention spark plugs at 50k/5yr.

I don't know why it's so hard to find a maintenance schedule anymore, but at least we've save a tree.
