storage net at the back of driver seat
On my CPO 2022 GLS450 that I purchased recently, the storage net at the back of the driver seat is torn and needs replacement. I asked the dealership here and I am told that I have to replace the entire back seat cover and it will cost around 1000 CAD. The dealer I purchased it from refuses to fix it due to the cost.
Question - Do we really have to replace the entire seat's back panel if this storage net is damaged?

it came like this. The dealer is refusing to replace it. There are other problems in the vehicle which should have been fixed for CPO certification. I have escalated to MB canada. Let’s see.
Did you tear it or it came like that? If it came like that then the dealer is responsible since it's a CPO. The dealer could also claim it's defective if it appears as so and take a bat for you to have it covered under warranty.
