Mercedes-Benz Remote Key Fob
i purchased a 2000 ML320 and i found this in the cargo area while i was cleaning. this remote is not the one for this car . i'm new to the site so i am unaware of which models it may fit.if you know please tell me so that i can edit this post . heres the craigslist ad so you can see the picture. my price here is with shipping i have paypal

They are not reprogrammable period. Buying a used key is a complete waste of money, unless of course you need parts from it or the case. Dealers are not allowed by Mercedes to have the system necessary to program keys, so all requests for keys go into the central MB office and are programmed there. So the only way to get a key programmed is to buy it through the dealer or a MB authorized reseller.
