Hi, looking to buy a COMAND unit for a 2001 W203 C240. Mine seems to be flaky and I get an open D2B bus error, no CD changer error, navigation can't be activated etc. I suspect the head unit because on cold days I hear it making noise (maybe the CD drive or a bad fan).

Hoping someone has something that's cheaper than eBay. I don't want to spend a $1000 but would like to stick with OEM.
