Are you still looking for this item? I've got a brand new passenger side latch. The dealer only sells them in a set of 2 (for about $100), and I just needed the driver's side. This was for a 2004 E500 Wagon and the MB part # is A211 680 36 84.

I think I still have it. I will look this evening and snap a pic of it. As best I can remember, it is brown wood grain (I'm two vehicles removed from the E500 wagon now).
