In addition to the W203's and W209's, this also comes on the new C63 AMG, and possibly other W204's. Also comes on the non-AMG R171 SLK's.

this seller has a range of knobs, they are listed for the R171 as they come with that shape leather boot, but the knobs are all the same
i recently bought one, waiting for it to arrive to install on my W209 also!

Yes, I have a few items I'm watching on ebay. I just find it a little outrageous though that some stores are selling used stock knobs for $100+ when I could buy a Schatz birds eye maple knob, brand new, for ~$60. That's why I haven't bought one from ebay yet. Thanks for the link!
