Just sold my 08 E 350 and no need for this Bluetooth.
It retails for $493.00 new from Mercedes Benzonline.
Bluetooth adapter for Mercedes-Benz with "phone pre-wiring".
Plugs into connector in center console and allows bluetooth phone connection through car's phone/audio system.
It's in great shape and comes with eveything needed. Selling it for $350 OBO, free shipping to 48 contiguous US states via USPS Priority Mail.
SF Bay Area locals preferred but I accept Paypal as well.

Do you have any pictures? Is this everything I need to add Bluetooth? My car is pre-wired, but that's all. It has the little felt cover over the contacts in the glovebox.

I'll take some pictures and post it tonight.. to answer your question, if you're car is prewired for BT then you should be good
