Genuine OEM Mercedes Benz 6 Disc CD Changer with cartridge and CD holder. Totally compatible with 1999 to 2003 MB cars with the Fiber Optic cable. Changer Model number M 3198.
I purchased this unit aftermarket for my leased E320 and didn't want to give it to them upon return of vehicle. Paid $900 but willing to consider offers around $400. Works perfectly!
The same unit is currently selling on MB part sites for $500-$600.
