it depends on what I am getting with BT or without. the complete brand new kit is available on ebay without BT for $395

Thats a good deal. $400 + another $100 for a bluetooth adapter is about as cheap as it gets. I certainly would not part with mine for anything less than that. I'd get the ebay deal.
I paid almost $1000 for the mhi kit and bluetooth adapter about 2 yrs ago.
