Like new, it was removed to be replaced by the alternate version that's designed for the rear window shade. Does not have the subwoofer cover, its a separate part.

I looked it over more closely while taking the photos, and now I'm thinking that it has it turned a bit purple, maybe from UV exposure.
I never saw how it was originally, so to me that seemed like the actual color, but at the edges where the sun didnt hit it, its a bit closer to a gray.
