Have a set of NEW OEM Illuminated Door Sills that will fit a W251 R-Class. This package is pretty rare since it includes both the front and rear sills. Typically I've only seen illuminated front sills. This package alone retails for around $1,000. Just the 2 front sills typically go for about $500-600 retail.

I attached a few more photos and I also found some instructions that look like they cover this type of installation. Some other member was nice enough to post this, so all credit goes to original posters for documents. I cannot guarantee these are the exact instructions... but they look pretty dang close.

*Update* - 1 of the inverter units (B66890126) is a used OEM part. I lost one of them in the shuffle of storing this. I picked it up from a local Mercedes dealership and it does work and will not diminish the performance or look in any way.
