it's a really easy install, only thing is if you are upgrading from the clam shell the harness' aren't the same and you throw an SOS error
I can't seem to find the screw points, so was wondering if anyone had instructions on how to remove/install. Or at least pointers on how to get to the appropriate screws. Thanks. |

Thanks Crafty. Am trying to remove a broken armrest with similar design, sliding cover. Don't have a clam shell. Want to see if I can fix it easily.

Thanks. and then when you open the actual arm rest, remove the cup holders and remove the bottom lining of the arm rest and there is more under there i can't remember how many are under there though  |

Can't seem to pull out the ash tray assembly without some force, so am not sure if that's right. cup holders removed. suggestions to remove bottom lining? this should be a relatively simply procedure, as long as you know the exact process which is the trick. cheers. |

I found it difficult to release the rear of the console until I found the clips that needed to be pushed in. I've attached a couple photos of the clips and screwdriver used to depress them.

Or make me an offer. I need it gone

would the rear climate controls still work when coming from a clamshell? What from the harness wont connect?
