I have a Bluetooth cradle adaptor that I removed from my 2008 Cl63 several years ago and I have decided to sell it. It fits a large number of MB models. You should check to see if it works for your model. The part number is in the title of this post.
I have both the mounting cradle that fits into the car and the Bluetooth module itself.
It was working perfectly in my car. These modules are going for as much as $199 on eBay. I have no need for it.
Price is $100 plus shipping. It is small and light. Shipping will probably be less than $20 anywhere in the US.
