WTB: '73 280SEL Driver's side insulating pad under carpet

I am replacing the carpet in my 1973 280SEL 4.5. The insulating pad under the driver's side carpet is in very poor shape with holes worn in it. I am interested in a pad that is in very good to excellent shape.

If it's the needle punched shoddy material the junk yards are full of the material---simply cut a matching piece
