Just wondering who uses what service's for their trading. Perks/cons of each and any tips. Also day trading vs the long term. Who's got what?

my roth IRA and sep IRA are with Fidelity and i buy/sell stocks with TD Ameritrade. TD offers $10 trades and is very reliable and also easy to use and do research. i think there are cheaper places that offer 7 dollar trades but i was recommended to use TD from a trusted friend.
