W208 430 Cabriolet Vs Audi TT 3.2 convertable, who'd win?

I'm getting ready to race against my buddies 3.2 tt cab. I don't remember its exact specs, but I know its the fastest one they make (I think I read 0-60 6.7) it has a 6 speed manual. I've got a 2001 clk430 Cab with a 5 speed (0-60 is supposed to be 6.9 compared to 5.9 with the coupe). Any suggestions on how to shut him up? he has less hp, but also less weight, I do expect him to win up to 60. I hope the extra 20 hp will help me win above those speeds, but with a car as small as his, and a 6 speed manual, I'm not sure. Should I use the touchshift or let the auto choose which gear is best? Thanks for any suggestions, race is going to happen in mid june.

haters crazy
I've raced alot of TT's. It seems like they all want to race me, I dont know why. But anyways, my car is a coupe and when it was stock the race would be fairly close but I was able to slowly walk them. The gap got bigger at higher speeds. If you want to be really prepared i'd suggest a chip or intake before you race.

damn, i was hoping that the mb estimates of 6.9 to 60 were conservatively underrated. Didn't the figures they gave used to be that way a while ago?
