C5 vette v. CLK55
vette- conv. w/ exhaust (dunno if it had anything else)
i pull next to him, and slow to match his speed (about 75-80), look over, he looks at me and nails it, im like what the ****. i floor it, by the time i react and the car kicks down (i was in drive cause i wasnt ready to race) he already pulled 1 1/4 car lengths. i slowly begin to reel him in until about 115-120 (3/4 length back by now) but there was traffic
and we had to shut down.
i know that i would have won by 150+ for sure from the way i was consistently pulling on him. his top was up so no drag penalty

thank u guys, it was a good match but my car was faster than the conv. the coupe would have been a better match.
i raced 1 awhile back, from 10-15 - about 60 had him by about 1/2-3/4 car length
