Dude, you're at 95 MPH in a turn swerving all over the road trying to avoid running over what is, except for the whole "Easter Bunny" B.S., a big, furry, hopping rat. This does not seem a little absurd to you? As far as your professed love for animals, it begs the question of why you were humming along at 95 MPH in an area with more animals than most third-world zoos?

None of us (well, maybe a few of us) like to kill other creatures, but you created your own "tragic" situation, and then put yourself and other motorists at risk by reacting absurdly. Yes, swerve to avoid a deer, as a deer may take you out with it. Swerve to avoid a cat or a dog, as it is someone else's property (probably) and, depending upon the size (of the dog), can do some serious damage to your car and/or you.

Do not swerve at 95 MPH in a turn to avoid a freaking rabbit.
