I wasn't 100% sure; but it looked like a debadged 2007 S550 with dual exhaust. So we both took off from a light casually, I was ahead of him by a 1/2 a car. Then I noticed he got on it. So then I hit it. I Pulled away from him and then he back down. We got it up to about sixty. I just don't know enough about those S550? Are they fast? I don't encouter to many races, but I'd like to add this to my kill list.

An E55 should rape an S550 without a fight. S550's have 380 HP, your E55 have 350 hp and about 700lbs lighter, you do the math!! hehe good kill!!

It will walk it, but to say it will rape it is optimistic at best. Despite the weight difference, the 550 has slightly more power along with two extra gears. They are quicker than one might suspect.

Yeah, don't underestimate the S550's...for the boats they are and for being a non-AMG, they are pretty quick.
