LOL its 350Z own fault for Crashing.
RomansDad lol, you and your bogus law. He wasnt a proximate cause, because he is not responsible for what the other driver does.
That like suing someone for saying HE TOLD me to smack that lady or GOD TOLD ME to do it.
350Z is responsible for his own actions. He couldnt complete a turn. MB was just driving, its not like he pushed him into the wall.
ffs

This was not two people who happen to be speeding on the same stretch of road near each other. That doesn't pass the laugh test.
This was (admittedly) a street race. According to the original post they were weaving in and out of traffic at 90 MPH (further evidence of a STREET RACE)....
As far as the law is concerned, a street race is a CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY. A meeting of the minds, no matter how brief, between two or more people with the intent to break the law, who took overt steps towards the commission of that crime (in this case the crime was fully completed). If in the course of the commission of a criminal conspiracy, someone is injured, including the co-conspirator, the criminal liability for those injuries extends to ALL INVOLVED in the commission of the crime.

if that guy died, u will be charged with his death. on top of that, from what you say i'll just assume that he either sucks at driving or his car sucks. which is all irrelevant anyways IF hypothetically you do get busted. i used to street race too, but damn man, why would u post evidence like that? especially ur username being your REAL NAME i'm also assuming.
you make asians look bad, at least delete the thread you moron

From the looks of the story it sounds like the 350z driver was inexperienced and crashed his car because of that.
A driver with good instincts wouldn't pass on the right on a left curve..
& cmon, we all drive wrecklessly sometimes.. why else would we come and check out the kill stories section! The only mistake here is that someone posted a lil too much about it. Hopefully the 350z is alright and will learn the consequences of driving wrecklessly.

Out Of Control!!
Brian just DELETE your original post... it was dumb to do what you did, DUMMER to post on her when someone got into an accident... IF this is true, and this is found? You are going to have the law so far up your *** your eyes are going to flash blue and red

There is no way it would be possible to prove it was him. Unless the other guy got his car's plate numbers or witnesses saw him and can identify him, you can't convict someone just based on a forum posts. Forum post is not factual evidence, he could've just made up the whole story to get attention, which half of forum topics are: a bunch of look-at-me BS. A video, photo, or a witness identifying him or his car's plates are the only ways to link this guy to a particular accident.

"Pretty Sure" there wasn't a fatality isn't a very good statement. You should be SURE there wasn't a fatality. I don't even know why you keep posting regarding this topic. If I were you, I'd lay low and stop posting on this thread. The point is you should have checked and seen if the guy was hurt and needed help, not just drive off and leave him.

So where in the world did this happen on a FREEWAY where the speed of the 2 cars was so close that the better handling/higher grip car drifted and lost control? Were his tires spinning? Just how much did you have to slow down to prevent from hitting the wall.
Oh wait, did you leave out it was WET on the road perhaps??
If you at any time prevented him from overtaking you, then that was considered street racing. Instigating is another matter.
