BMW 335 Killed

sorry, i had to humble this guy....

he was weaving in traffic on a 3 lane freeway pretty crowded. i stayed in the left lane flowing with cars watching this guy in a bmw 335i coupe past me and then get ahead. didn't bother me. ironically, the flow of the left lane moved quicker and i eventually passed him as he got pinned between traffic in the right lane.

I take my two lane exit to the viaduct which is expands to 6 lanes about 1/2 miles later. Guess who shows up passing again? the freeway splits to 6 lanes, pretty wide open on a monday afternoon. i pull behind him to follow, we speed up. since the lanes are open, he takes one and i take another.

i'm a ******* and let him think he has me. i pace him up to 110 and then smoke him to 140. i slow down and he's no where to be found. i guess he took an off ramp to avoid embarrassment.

I'm getting more confidence in my E55. Damn this is fun. and to think i almost bought that lexus gs instead....

Nice. I had to do the same thing to one which was tailgating me on an on-ramp. They are very often driven by tools.

Now, get prepared for an army of people saying similar, but not limited to, the following: "but if he wuz chippd," "what u expect ure car costed 18 times moore," "woulda bin diffrant wit vashnu (sic)," and so on and so forth.

Not all BMW drivers are tools. Just some of them. Back many years ago, I owned a 1988 BMW M5. e28 body style. That car was one of my most favorite cars to ever drive. It just felt right. I must have kept it for 10 years. That's a record for me. I miss it. It was a drivers car.

From a high speed roll, even the Vishnu would have trouble keeping up with a stock E55, maybe closing the distance to a couple lengths behind. These cars are engineering for highway performance, meaning speed builds with the intensity of a freight train.

so the insecure dbags are now in the driver's seat of 335, specifically?

Why would they want to challenge an M5? The performance difference is day and night.

The e28 was a nice body style, with that aggressive "shark nose"

But I will say, G37, 335, etc kills are a foregone conclusion for the 211 E55

You are totally, 100 percent INCORRECT.

We all know beating a car like the 335i etc is followed by a ricer flyby.

I don't think its BMW drivers that are tools just male 3 series drivers. M5 drivers are usually the ones that bought their own cars and are intelligent. 3 series drivers are 20 year old guys like me who get parents to buy them things

Or 3 series Males like to race competitively on the tracks and MB owners don't want to so they buy automatics.....

It's a fun rivalry, I admit.

Actually they like to 'race competitively' in traffic.

My stock E55 turned 2:40's at RoadAmerica, waxing an M6 and M3 in the process.

With an automatic and intermittent IC pump. What kind of tranny is in your SRT again?

Sadly, you're mistaken. Granted, lots more 3 series drivers are spoiled little ****ers. But there are a fair share of E60 M5 'owners' that are frickin' tools that had Daddy buy them the car AND like to talk trash. It's not brand specific. Sure there are lots of 'em here too.
