So what are you thinking of replacing the A4 with? B5 S4's are priced very well...

Going to get a salvage B5 S4 and put a 1.8t motor in it. Well, a mutilated 1.8t that'll make over 500 to the wheels

Why 1.8t?
Ligher motor,
Improves handling of the car,
far cheaper to build up.

is that legal? I thought if a car came with a v6 stock you have to put in a engine with the same number of cylinders?

I'm looking into that, it also depends on the damage to the 2.7t, I'm not going to get another 2.7t replacement just so I can change it down the line to a 1.8t, Im sure theres a way to get around that.

wouldn't it be easier just to get a salvage a4?

No, because I was the two piston brakes, and a 6speed transmission. Both of which would take too much work to put on an A4, its possible and has been done, just its easier to get a salvage S4 instead of a little more money.

well good luck with it, you can probably get away with it since no can tell if its a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder unless your under the hood.

Oh **** bars
The blatant disregard for our nation's speed laws is appaling in here. Plus the utter lack of safety measures taken while welding up the gas tank on your pick up trucks is well, it leaves me speechless.

And to have two cops hanging out in those sleazy Oh $h!t Bars, drinking gawd knows what and then terrorizing little old ladies and children is well what I would have expected from you. I just want you both to know that my sister has a Corolla and she will smoke your A$$ if you show up here.

Oh and for the record, I saw my neighbor outrun a Corolla in his M3 BMW two weeks ago. That was a kill for the record books and I am posting it here to warn all of you AMG owners to beware of the titty pink M3 stalking the KY highways. It will suck the paint right off your doors.

I've got 3 days, before his blood boils. Though its really gota be tough an all. It was 60*F out, I'm sure his N/A C36 and CLK55 were really "heat soaked"
