c300 vs. 135

It all started when I was driving to a party along with a couple of friends, we take this road to move between houses(there are two houses where the parties are always at... and they happened to be located almost on each end of this major road, not a highway... just one of those 55mph roads) I was driving my c300 and was following my friend's g37, two 335, a5, two rx8, is350, and a c350 and was being followed by an h3 and an f150- talk about a nice lineup- we were driving pretty conservatively when all of a sudden this young, and pretty attractive girl decides to blaze through in her brand new 135... this act, an unforgivable insult, resulted in a pseudo street race with me starting it, I followed her and as soon as I passed the g37 everybody started trying to lead... it ended up with me leading the parade, owning the 135, and, of course, missing the exit for the party... but hey, my merc left its mark!

Well of course none of them were really "racing"... the 135 alone, if it hadn't been driven by a spoiled 16yr old could've taken me by far... I must say though, that it looked really cool leaving all of them behind...

228hp vs. 300??? She must have had it in reverse. Not to mention the few hundred pound weight advantage she had on you.

Hey welcome to the boards, Im am from SA myself and judging by your friends' rides and this story you are into street car meets... you get what I am trying to say.

Do you or your friends go to any car meets?

No offense man but if I was driving the 135, you wouldn't be posting this as a kill .
On a second thought if you are modded then I take that back

+1.

Are you stock?

The 135i is no joke and a definite C300 killer.

Maybe you may have a little chance with a C350 but your story of a C300 is laughable.

My future mother in laws C300 is no terror on the streets.

i would have to agree.......i have fun with Jerry and his 135 and it is neck and neck. Those are extremely fast cars, and perhaps while you were flooring it she was just playin with u.

I am stock... and more than likely, if anybody else, but that 16yr old girl was driving the 135 I would not be posting here...

Actually, this was not in SA, but down in the valley, where I am originally from... however, I go to Trinity... so I will be here for a while, and would be interested in those "car meets" you mention

I am stock... and... did you not read the part where I put that it wasn't a formal race? the fun part of this is that whoever was driving around us saw a white c300 take over a bunch of more powerful cars

it could be that... or that she was trying to avoid a big ticket on her brand new toy... after all... we under 20, male(except for her), single kids try to stay away from them to avoid paying insurance more expensive than the car itself

Either she wasn't attractive and added A LOT of weight to the 135, or she didn't even see you. The 135 would have no problem smoking your C300 even if "the person didn't know how to drive well." All she has to do is hit the big pedal to the right. C300 is a nice car guy, but it's pretty slow.

Mcallen... haha

The c300 was a gift from my mom I don't want to get rid of it... although, if it were a c63 I might consider it... but which watch? the kermit? haha I would never sell that one! As for the c63... even selling all my watches, I don't have enough cash to buy it, and I don't like the whole making payments thing

If a chipped 1.8t can blow the doors off a C300, then a 135i rips it a new @$$hole. Sorry to say but she definitely was toying with you.

So everytime you pass a car on the highway you "own" them?

One time I passed a Ford GT in my Ford Ranger just when I turned 16.... Whoa, like everybody on the highway said "That Ranger just beat a Ford GT!!!!111!!!".

Why waste our time with this B.S? If it was not a race in which you "won",why put it in here?

You just beat me to it! I was about to post:

"Yo this one time I was chillen in my Escalade and I was tailing this Murcielago. I went into the left lane and blew by him like he was standing still. The whole highway thought my truck was the dopest, fastest **** on the streets. What a good feeling."

And....

c300 and was following my friend's g37, two 335, a5, two rx8, is350, and a c350 and was being followed by an h3 and an f150- talk about a nice lineup
Yeah, those rides are definitely king of da streets.

The bland leading the bland. Pick any high school parking lot in a 50 mile radius of my residence and you'll see these "rides". For us, an impressive lineup is M5's/M6's/AMG's and some F-cars and Lambos. Hell even Porsches are pedestrian here.

I see those cars here everyday. Nothing exotic about them. Since when is a F150 included in the "nice lineup" category??

If it were a new optioned one, I'd take the f150 ahead of the others, but maybe that's just me.

Gee forgive the newbie mistake... I thought it was a fun story to share... don't worry, won't cloud this with our mediocre cars again...
