Killed the whole freeway?
lol
i don't usually post any kills list would be too long
but last night it was pretty fun killing the whole freeway
my friend with the 911 and I were speeding through traffic when we saw this Jaguar ahead of us that was doing same so we decide to smoke him coming from left and right and passing the crap out of it.
As soon as we step on it ******* takes first exit, we were pretty dissapointed because we would have loved to see the Jag's look as we fly by him.
Anyway we didn't slow down we were going 95 it was pretty heavy traffic too so we were slaloming through. We look at each other again and we step on it going 120 this time, there's not much room cars are driving pretty usual all 3 lanes blocked almost so not much room to pass. Anyway there's this white civic up to the right and another civic on his left about 1 car length in between them. I could have easily hit the brakes hard and slow down np, but decided to go for it. Was hitting 125 at this point quick right left zipped by them half a foot by the left car, half a foot by the right car, I don't think they knew what hit them my friend in the 911 didn't go for it and they said the civic guys were just driving usual lol and looked very very very close. Needless to say I got some civic gold emblem dust on my car from it

any illegal race is stupid... and in Cali, the new law says they will take away your car (i think).... and if you are gona race, a short race or kill is cool when there isn't traffic... but dude, to do it in heavy traffic is just plain dumb... not trying to take a shot at you, but take a look in the news... theres always some idiot teen with a his car wrapped around a tree or pole because they were racing

Yeah for everyone out there, the new law is that if you're caught street racing, the are entitled to sell your car at auction with NONE of the money going to you.
Think about it - you still have to pay off your loan or lease on a car that you no longer have. And if you have a lease, you're especially screwed because you have the residual to pay at the end and I'm not sure if gap insurance applies with police confiscation.
Although this is a worst case scenario, my neighbor is CHP and he said that they're going to be doing a lot of it to make examples of people, and to raise some money due to the current CA budget situation.

That’s a real dumb law. I am not for street racing but what if the cop just has it in for you and takes your car even if you weren’t racing. This has happened to friends of mine they weren’t racing but the cop just didn’t like them and had their rides impounded.

Tuesday night: Pull over moron for doing 120 on freeway.
Wednesday morning: Have court case. Immediately find defendant guilty.
Wednesday afternoon: Car at auction, sold.
If you were facing losing a $15,000 to $60,000 asset, don't you think you'd have a lawyer in that instance? And I'd count on videotape from the cruiser being used at your trial; I don't think that any elected judge is just going to seize an asset based on the word of anyone. There has to be proof involved. The "malicious cop defense" is great for movies but bad for real life.
