C32's still sweet after almost 2 year
almost two years ago when I took delievery of my very C32. It was a dream come true, but over the years with the V8 kompressor 55 series storming out from AMG the sparks that once was there sort of dissapeared. Today it was different tho, on my way back to school to ball with friends...as soon as I make the turn onto the freeway I notice this older A4 avant coming up behind me fast on the freeway entrance. I let it passed me so I could take a good look at the badge. It has a "turbo" badge from VW, so I knew it was a A4 1.8T avant and give chase and let it know I'm behind him. I followed him in mild traffic for some time and finally I was in front of him (somehow) and the left lane opens up with no traffic in front. I saw him make the move first to the left, so I decide to just punch it. We both change into the left lane, but I was just pulling away with soo much ease, and by the time I let off the gas at 125 he was really far behind and seems to have given up. So I slow down to around 75 and he catched up with me and gives me a thumbs up. I was a little late giving him the thumbs up because I was on the phone at that time tell friends I'll be a little late for balling. Hopefully he saw I gave him a thumbs up.
My guess is that he goes to the same school as I do, so I'll probably see him around again.
