Went out and finally got to do some good street racing after being rained out on for the past few weeks. I had my blood pumpin, adrenaline rushing, and my heartrate racing as I lined up with my first opponent for the night.

Here are the AWD superpowers I raced 2night.

1. Subaru WRX STi with FMIC, chip, boost controller, and exhuast.
2. Mitsubishi Evolution VIII with Greddy 25G TD06 Turbo upgrade (big *** turbo), big spearco FMIC, and many other mods. This Evo puts down 495hp at all 4 wheels making it a well over 500hp Evolution.

All races were out the hole...

Opponent #1: C32R vs Subaru STi
We ran two races and on teh first i was able to pull 2 cars on the STi by 100mph. On the second race, I had a horrible launch but still managed to stick right next to the STi at 70mph and pull 1/2 a car on the STi by 90mph before shutting down.

Opponent #2: C32R vs 500+hp Mitsubishi Evo VIII
This race was able to be documented and I will post the video when it is uploaded. We ran out the hole and I managed to use his turbo lag to my advantage. I can launch pretty well so his AWD advantage only helped him when he shifts gears (so that he doesnt go sideways when he shifts). We go on 3 honks and I am able to holeshot the Evo by about 5 to 6 cars and keep him at there for a second. At about 80mph he is starting to reel me in comming at me and closing the gab at his peak boost. By 110mph i shut down and hit the hazards as he is still 1 car behind me (and still pulling in fast) at the end of the 1/4 mile. So by the end of the 1/4 mile I still managed to take the 500+hp Evo by a car. Quite a great accomplishment if i do say so. This race was documented on film, I cant wait to be able to post the video up here. My C32 ROCKS.. I love it!!! I cant wait till my next round of engine mods is done.

I'd have no problem racing a modded F/I E55. Is that what you have?Because a N/A 5.5L anything has NO CHANCE!!And I'm not trying to be a smart *** either regardless of your comment about the Evo being "rice"..

I presume you mean S/C E55? Yes, I have an '04 E55 - no mods, so it sounds like you might be able to walk on me.... Wow, I'd never have known, but the Evo couldn't do it, could it?? Not by the look of the rice-cooker in the vids... Or was that just a crappy driver?

He was a HORRIBLE Driver.especially since he has 500hp.My car is also 500 lbs lighter than yours ,makes about 500hp 37 more hp than yours at the crank.AWD 5spd.

sounds like a lame-O excuse... its a street race where anything can happen and that Evo got owned period!!

oh btw, my car is a bit quicker then it was when i ran the Evo!!!

You're right! You won the street race ,But it does'nt change the fact that he can't launch the car and he bogged which were both major contributors to the fact that he lost.So it's not a lame excuse.My Modded Talon absolutely ,(unless there is a mechanical problem or some kind of lapse on my part) would never lose to any modded N/A C55 or modded C32 in the 1/4 mile.I'd love to race a modded E55 F/I however.If you can beat 11.6 @ 121.0 mph then you let me know. Simple as that! PS I raced Regal T-type and a brandnew 2005 vette C6 with my BMW 332i Wed ,here is the post from a BMW forum that I'm a member of .I also had to edit this because after doing some research I later found out it was a C6 and not a Z06 based on info given to me by the forum members.never the less the C6 is still a much faster car when driven correctly:

The Race:




Lined up with a 87 Regal T-Type(modded and nice but I never asked for specifics) which I was sure was gonna hand me my pellota's(*****).He got the jump on me and then I caught up.We were pretty much neck and neck going down the track but from 2nd to third,when in third it seems like the car drops out of the sweet spot and he'd gain a little.Then while in third ,rpms and speed climbing,with the car picking up steam again I start reeling him in slowly.The whole time I'm literally midway at his door.I'm surprised as Hell! Then when going from third into fourth gear, the car again drops out of the sweet spot in Fourth gear. As I pic up steam I start reeling him in but TOO LATE! He passes the finish line b4 me with me just at his rear bumper.I LOSE! This tells me that it's time to put on the 3.38 LSD which I've been lazy to put on. ( I feel I could have done much much better with more practice and the 3.38 rear).Not bad for my 2nd run and driving this car for the first time ever in the 1/4 mile.Legally and not on the street!!!!!



Later the Regal driver tells me that I have an impressive BMW! He was really surprised. Here's the slip: (I'm #930)He ran 12.8 to my 13.7@ 102 but still a very close race especially if it was the streets!


2nd race

2005 or 6 C6 vs 332i.
Now b4 Armo gets on here and blasts me let me just say that this Vette was brand spanking new and beautiful.The C6 was an automatic and the owner did not really know how do drive it.I don't even think he power braked and may have had the traction control on.He said he ran a 13.8 the first time so I said come on lets run.He knew he would murder me but I was saying to myself he gotta be kiddin because he obviously does not know how to drive the 5.7L beast.13.8 sounds good to me so now we're on.
Well here goes:
We line up and I just murder this guy out the hole. I don't even look back and I don't even see him. I just drive the hell out of the little beast and past the finish line.I'm like wow! :eyecrazy I wonder how he feels.Well he's cursing and he's telling me the car is supposed to run mid twelves and just does'nt understand.I tell him his car can run 12's so I encouraged him and told him he needs to learn how to power brake the car.He just needs a little practice ,the right tires and keep the Damn traction control OFF!

I had a descent R/T and 60 footer but I know I'm not there yet.3.38 LSD Diff and a few more runs and I hope to bring the car down to low 13's.I wanna try hard as hell to hit high 12's but I'm not sure if it's possible.But I'm gonna try. :stickoutt Here's the slip again I'm # 930.Vette on left ,me on right with slip showing (right is the winner).






Let me explain this slip. He has a lower ET because his time does'nt start until he goes past the markers on the ground at the green light.When he passes,then and only then would the clock for his lane start.He ran a 13.5@104 and I ran 13.6@102 but got to the finish line B4 him.He does have a 5.7L V8(400bhp) so obviously his car is faster than mine. However I killed him at the launch because of his reaction time and him not really knowing how to drive the auto C6.I got a .4669 sec jump on him(on bottom of slip). YES I did kill him and I can say that the LIL BEAST has one nice E-Town notch under it's belt. I do have a lot of illegal street kills with my 332i but what's the sense of encouraging the madness and posting them. The END.




Yep and like they say,anything can happen on the streets.And this was my first time ever dragging this car.At least admit that the guy can't drive as I did above.But under normal circumstances ,You ain't beatin my Talon with your c32 or a N/A C55.I'd love to challenge a F/I C55 or E55 but he better come correct! 332i mods: 3.2 M3 motor,Schrick cams,3.5" HFM,3.23 LSD,Full header back supersprint exhaust,TMS cam software.
