CLK 320 v. Ford Focus Saleen N20 hatchback
Not much to this one...
I was going to run some errands tonight and was at a stoplight when i hear what sounds like a lawnmower overheating next to me...i turn and look to find a white Focus hatch with one of those big roof wings and eurotails, ground effects and some "N20" stickers on the front quarter pannels, the guy had tinted windows halfway rolled down so i could catch a glimpse of his cool reverse glow gauges. Anyways...he's wearing sunglasses (at 10:30 PM and has a visor on backwards and upside down (would the real slim shady please stand up?) He's reving and im wondering if its worth my time...until i see he has a girl with him, definitely got to end his ego trip now. My girlfriend (who is not fond of street racing) was with me, and i normaly dont street race either, so i figured i would just race till 60 and then see if further pummeling was necessary. Long story short, i got the first of the line, across the intersection before he was 3/4 of the way there, and had about 3 cars on him by 65mph. I expected to win but not by that much. At first i wondered if he was really racing or decided not to go...then he did the traditional "Ricer fly by" after he lost
and that convinced me he was actually trying. I caught up with him later down the road and got the one fingered "i'm jealous" salute. Then when i saw him and a bunch of other mid 90's accords w/ rims and coffee can exhausts they were all in the parking lot of Burger King...guess he wanted to race because he was late for work. Oh for those of you wondering, my only performance mod so far is an Evosport UD pulley set.

Man, that car is SLOW for being a Saleen! Even the 0-60 with spray on that thing is pretty sad for being such a light car AND having Nitrous...must really suck tho...having to pay money to keep your car fast by filling up a bottle. Its like some sort of cocaine addict car! Gotta have the juice to keep goin! Lol.

Nice kill. Its not often that we get a 320 story up here, usually its the AMGs that have all the fun. Way to represent.
And the fact you have to constantly keep putting N2O in that car to keep it quick is crazy.
